Questions ?

Wondering what a Virtual Assistant actually does?

How does it work?

Are you protected?

I answer most questions you will have here. However, if you find you have more, please send me a message via the Contact page

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant does the majority of things that a personal assistant or office administrator does, but they’re never in your office. Creating documents, auditing purposes, replying to emails, invoicing your clients… anything you can do online, we can help you with.

What can you do?

Head over to the Services page to see some examples of what we can achieve. Remember, if you need something outside of what is listed we will see if it's within our scope and create a quote.

Why chose Reform and Recover?

If you are unsure whether we will be the right fit, our first consultation is at no cost or obligation, this is the perfect time to ask as many questions as you like. We make this process as simple as possible as we understand not all businesses are the right fit. All of our plans can be cancelled without penalty, which means you are not locked in. You can then decide based on results, not on words. We have heard of clients experiencing distress with overseas VA’s and want someone that they can rely on, that speaks their language and understands business in Australia – and that’s important!

What if I only need a small task done?

Under our services page, we have listed some common tasks as a guide along with pricing, of course, this won't fit everyone's situation which is why we suggest reaching out to explain your task and a tailored quote can be created. You should only pay for the work that is done!

What technology do you use?

Due to our extensive background with varying computer systems, we adapt quickly to fit in with your current systems as well as suggesting ways to streamline processes (when able). We utilise online clouds for document transfer ensure the protection of your confidential information. With experience in CRM (customer relationship management) software, email technology and the list goes on...

How do we share our files and content?

Online clouds are set up securely to ensure your confidential information remains private, this is preferred over emails due to file sizes. We can use whatever system use may currently use, such as Google Drive, Drop Box, Icloud or suggest ones to suit your needs.

Will there be a confidentiality agreement?

Yes – this is part of our Client Service Agreement. It must be completed and agreed upon prior to the work starting.

What does it do? It ensures the terms of business are clear with no ambiguity, protecting both parties and ensures confidentiality.

How do you get access to our systems? eg email

There are a few different options here, you permit our access eg to only certain inboxes or perhaps to the full system depending on the level of assistance. Or, if you’re already in the cloud ie. Gmail, web outlook, we can simply log on throughout the day to action your Inbox or have a copy of your email account on our desktop and manage it from there. We will complete the work as required by you, easy.
